Crazy Dinner

Oh man! I spent 400 TH baht for my tonight dinner. Do you believe that?- 400 baht for two. I really didn't mind if the taste were worth the money. What we had were 3 dishes, white rice, drinking water and black tea.

The first dish was Kale fried in oyster sauce. It costed 90 baht.

 

Next, Deep-fried spring rolls served with sweet and sour plum sauce. It's 60 baht.

The third main dish, which costed 150 baht, was Sour Chicken Soup.

There were 2 plates of rice - 15 THB each, 2 cups of black tea - 25 THB each and 1 bottle of drinking water - 10 baht. 

Money doesn't grow on trees, so I need to economize my expenses for the rest of this month.

Calm Myself Down

I have to admit that being a primary school teacher drives me crazy sometimes. Frankly speaking!! It's not about students. It's all about their parents. I can't say that they are wrong because they love their children, but sometimes it's too much. So they show the degree of love on pushing the kids and even teachers.

Anyway!! I'm not gonna write about this. As I say my job is stressful [sometimes], so I need proper things to drag me out from those killers. 

Coloring is one of many good choices. I choose watercoloring because I'm not really good at it. Just to let go of my stress and sharpen my art skills. My amateur painting skill should be started from a cheap set of watercolors. Below is my very first try out. 

After the first tryout, I decided to try something challeging. So, I youtubed some basic watercoloring vdo tutorials. Then I found this useful Youtube channel called lingjaidee . He explained how to paint watercolors in an easy way. I even drew the exact pictures he used in the instructions.

What can you expect the chubby lady like me to think of what to draw, huh? Simple as you see - sweets!!

I don't only use a painting paper, but also normal notebook papers. At first I didn't think the notebook papers could be suitable for watercoloring. However, it turned out better than I thought.

I can spend hours and hours to draw and paint. But sadly, I still have to face the reality. At least this can calm me down. Hahaha!!
